Access Radar from anywhere on your Boat
Furuno introduces the world’s first wireless Radar system controlled
and displayed on Apple iPad, iPad Mini, iPhones, and select Furuno
displays.
Finally there is a 19" wireless radar available for the mariner who
wants to avoid a complicated setup. Less cables allows for more
flexibility in terms of mounting options. Mount it, plug in the power
cord and you are on your way to better situational awareness while on
board! If space constrictions are of concern, the Furuno 1st Watch is
for you. Compatible with both iOS devices and Furuno 1871F and 1971F
chartplotters, the first watch offers a great option for those who
prefer to use their existing tablet/smartphone as well as those who
prefer a fixed mount display. The DRS4W 1st Watch
Wireless can be viewed on two IOS devices at once, give you the
flexibility to set one up at the helm and one to be carried anywhere on
the vessel with you. Furuno has given the DRS4W a selectable range scale
from 1/8nm to a max of 24nm allowing users to customize the range for
their particular application and current conditions.
